Office Optional is a new conference for distributed teams. We bring together leaders and coworkers to examine tools and techniques for successful organizations where the workers aren’t in the same place. Speakers draw from deep experience and will focus on managing from a distance, collaborating remotely and productivity in non-traditional environments.
